Working with us
How long does a project take?
Most projects run between two and ten weeks. Strategy and copywriting are faster, while full website builds, ads engagements, and app development run longer. Your brief tells us the exact scope.
What is your minimum engagement?
We don’t have a fixed minimum; we have a minimum brief. If your project is well-defined and we are the right fit, we can deliver a single page or a multi-month engagement.
What happens after I send the brief?
You will hear from us within two business days. If the fit is clear, we schedule a thirty-minute call. If we need more information, we will send a follow-up questionnaire. If we are not the right team for the work, we tell you straight, and where possible, we refer you to someone who is.
Do you work with brands outside Nigeria?
Yes, we’ve delivered work across West Africa, Europe, and North America. We work remotely by default, and we travel for select strategy and training engagements.
Services and pricing
How much does a project cost?
Every engagement is custom from a brief. As a guide, single-page copy projects start from a five-figure naira commitment, identity projects from a mid-five-figure commitment, and strategy engagements from a six-figure naira commitment. Global brands typically engage in USD.
Can I hire you for just one service?
Yes. You can hire us for one thing, but most clients hire us for three or four, because strategy, copy, ads, brand and web all connect. Our services share one process, one brief, and one point of accountability.
Do you build websites and apps yourselves?
We deliver web and app development through our trusted development partners, with the strategy, brand, copy and build under one brief, one team, and one delivery.
How do ads and social media engagements work?
Paid campaigns run on a minimum three-month engagement with a monthly retainer thereafter, billed as retainer plus ad spend. Content and social management is a rolling monthly engagement.
How do you use AI?
AI is a working layer inside every modern marketing stack. We help brands plug it into strategy, content production and tooling, without losing the human voice that makes their work worth reading.

Do you offer free audits or consultations?
Yes, the thirty-minute consultation is free for qualifying brands. Request it from the Consultation page, or mention it in your brief.
Do you train in-house teams?
Yes. We deliver custom training for marketing, communications and brand teams in half-day, full-day or multi-day formats, in-house in Lagos or virtual anywhere, with follow-up office hours within fourteen days.
What support do we get after launch?
Website builds include a post-launch support window for the first thirty days, app builds come with a post-launch maintenance window, and new AI systems get a month of close support while your team settles in.
